Mike Goeglein
I LOVE THE MOUNTAINS! Camp, hike, ski, climb - I find that is where I want to be all of the time! My passion is canyon country and
anything outside in the winter! I am a husband and a father who loves to camp and ski with my wife and kids.
I have the privilege of working in the profession of Experiential Education here at Cherry Creek High School (CCHS). I have worked in outdoor education since 1998. I hold a Masters Degree in Outdoor education and have a strong background as a course director for outdoor events all seasons of the year. Along with a wonderful staff, I have had the privilege of working with C.O.L.T. Club since the fall of 2000. My outdoor medical training is through the Wilderness Medical Institute (NOLS) and hold a current Wilderness First Responder training. I teach full time at CCHS in the Adventure Department and am always looking forward to the next trip or event with COLT Club!

Nancy Kruse
Behind every successful program is the person behind the scenes making sure budgets and administrative duties are in place. This responsibility falls to Nancy. Her son is a freshman at Creek which gives her both the parent perspective as well as the programming detail master.

Theresa Morris
I'm a native who grew up hiking, climbing, boating and skiing in the Colorado back country. I was formally educated on the Arkansas River as a River Rat and earned enough money for an "official" education at Colorado State University. I finished with a BS in Exercise and Sports Science followed by a MS from the University of Northern Colorado in Experiential Outdoor Education. I began working with COLT Club in 1992 taking students on multi-day kayaking and rafting trips and have been co-directing the Adventure Program and teaching curricular Adventure/Outdoor Education classes since 2002. In addition, I'm the Executive Director for for the American Scholastic Climbing League (ASCL). I currently hold a WFR certification from the Wilderness Medical Institute of NOLS and a Dive Master level of training with PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors).
My knowledge and training has taken me all around the world on rock, dirt, air and water. If you can't find me skiing in June or climbing in January (I love Colorado!!!), I'll be feeding my CrossFit, yoga and paddle board addictions.

Charlie Stiffler
Charlie Stiffler, AKA "Charlie Barr, Bruh" or "Mr. Stiffles" is an intergalactically renowned pirate. In his spare time he enjoys saving peoples lives across the city of Denver. As a graduate from CCHS (circa 1562) Charr Barr finds his home with our incredibly diverse CCHS family. Other hobbies, aside from his stellar facilitation skills and course safety management, include a collection of exotic butterflies, digging the Mariana Trench deeper and making ships and planes disappear in and around Bermuda. Charlie's number one rule: There is no fight club.
