Who are COLT Mentors?
A COLT Mentor position requires the student assists the adult Sponsors in organizing event opportunities for the CCHS student body. Mentors provide experiences that allow students to learn new skills and experiences in a wilderness environment while under guidance of trained sponsor staff. While Mentors are in charge of the trip processes they also learn new technical and organizational skills.
